IKEA Fuzhou , Fujian Province, celebrated the topping-out of the project – completion of main building structure – on May 8^th, 2020. With a GFA of approx. 115,000 sqm, the mall will accommodate, besides the main retail areas of IKEA itself, more than 50 additional shops. BMP is entrusted with comprising EPCM-Services, including the coordination of interfaces/utilities etc. of all 3^rd party tenants.
