Scania, the Scandinavian Truck Manufacturer, is going to build its 3^rd manufacturing center in China with the planned production capacity of 50,000 trucks per year. This mega factory is located in Rugao, Jiangsu. In phase 1, it contains CAB, Chassis, BIW, painting shop, logistic center, office and social facilities which added upto round 300,000sqm building GFA. BMP, as Scania’s reliable partner, provides EPCM service including management for design, procurement, Gov. application and construction. With BMP’s strategic planning and coordination, the project is able to start the test piling and land preparation in parallel with design, so as to guarantee the project delivery under a very challenging schedule.
