Martin H. Richenhagen, Chairman, President and CEO of AGCO, headquartered in Duluth, Georgia, took great pleasure to officially open the new AGCO production plant in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province. The largest greenfield project ever in the history of AGCO (more than 60,000 sqm floor area) was successfully realised in close cooperation with the Engineering and Construction Management Team of BMP in all project stages. Highly efficient process flows, low utility consumptions, many Industry 4.0 features and components will secure the competitive edge in operation of this plant in many years to come.
