After a construction period of just 10 months - piling started after Chinese New Year - the new Sales & Service Centre of Wirtgen in Foshan, Guangdong Province, was handed over to the Wirtgen Team. With an overall floor area of approx. 6,500 sqm, it consists of a 3-storey admin building, workshop and warehousing areas, also a paintshop/respective wastewater treatment. All façade and roofing works passed the ultimate test during Typhoon 'Mangkhut' some weeks ago, the strongest typhoon in decades! Design/Engineering and Construction of the project was contracted to BMP, as leading party within a project cooperation (ARGE).
